In this 60 minute talk, Elke, a yoga practitioner herself, will give you lots of food for thoughts, facts, and insights around nutrition to bring more clarity in this very controversial subject, and thus helping you making conscious choices.

Elke Wollschon, a German native, is a trained bio-laboratory
technician and went into sales and marketing early on. After working in this
field for over 16 years, she started her entrepreneurial career by setting up
an ice plant in West Africa. In the year 2000 she moved to Malaysia, where she
established and operated for many years “Pay Less Books”, a successful English
second hand book business.
Being involved in alternative healing and lifestyle for more
than 3 decades and curing herself from life threatening asthma, led her to
follow her calling and change careers once again. She is now a passionate
lifestyle and relationship coach and one of the forerunners of “The Raw Food
Movement” in Malaysia, who has been featured in The Expatriate, Le Connoisseur,
NST, Star, Flavours, FHM, BFM, TV2 and more.
She also conducts “Raw Food” workshops, gives talks about
health and environment related topics and writes articles. Her 7-day signature
program “Detox and Rejuvenate with Life Food” is running frequently from
various locations.
Her vision is helping people awakening to their full
potential, empowering them to create a thriving life and a world they want to
belong to.
Her work is a unique combination of knowledge and rich
experience, paired with lots of heart and compassion to foster true
transformation.
