Presenting Carina and Kacey: Yoga Spirit Festival Malaysia 2014 Speaker Line Up
Her passion for this field started in her early childhood, when we was diagnosed with a genetic disorder that cannot be cured but the burden can be lessened with a healthy lifestyle. After experimenting with western and alternative health, as well as diets and others, she found her personal path to well-being.
Passionate to pass this knowledge on and help others, she did her Master Degree in Health Management in Austria, became a certified NLP, NS and Hypnosis Practitioner and obtained further certifications as Obesity Trainer, Nordic Walking Instructor etc.
This knowledge she refined in one of the world’s best wellness resorts such as Rancho La Puerta in Mexico and Six Senses. At Six Senses Qatar she was building up and leading the new Holistic Health department where she provided coaching, workshops, corporate wellness programs and invited international health & wellness experts to the location. Due to the success of those offers she was sent to provide training to other Six Senses locations in the region such as Kuwait and Oman.
Beginning of 2012 she started her own company “CL Consulting” in Malaysia where she provides consulting services to the leading spa & wellness companies as well as coaching and personal training for individuals. Since becoming independent, consulting projects have brought her to Thailand, Singapore, Macau, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Austria, Egypt, Germany and Italy. Additionally projects in 7 other countries were handled fully virtually.
Together with Elke Wollschon, they opened together Delicious Detox Delivery - a hip new company making healthy nutrition easy by delivering organic, natural & raw food to the customers office or home. The company goes beyond food and offers workshops, food preparation classes, coaching’s, retreats and corporate wellness programs. Being the only fully raw kitchen that delivers food and more, they have been featured by magazines such as New Strait Times, The Star, Flavours, BFM radio, Natural Health Magazine and more.

Kacey graduated from University Putra Malaysia and had a degree in Bachelor Science Dietetics. Since her graduation, she has deepen her interest in enhancing health awareness among the community and thus has chosen to be part of the community settings instead of the hospital settings.
Since 2012, she had been providing health talks to the community with the objective to increase health awareness and nutrition knowledge among communities. Chronic diseases are increasing, and prevention is always better than cure. Health is wealth, taking care of health through healthy diet and lifestyles are important in daily life! She started joining the organic company on 2012 with the hope that organic food can help more people in enhancing their health!

Presenting Kitti and Anwaar: Yoga Spirit Festival Malaysia 2014 Teacher Line Up
We will be laughing our way to a great start of the Festival at the Opening Ceremony with Laughter Yoga and our Laughing Queen Kitty Chang!
Kitti Chang, Lead Trainer of Ascella Consulting Sdn Bhd, Laughter Yoga Coach is a Believer! That 100% of the world can operate 100% of the time for 100% of humanity. Many would say that it is very idealistic. We say YES, it is Idealistic. Every day, we work hard, we want to achieve more, earn more and dream of a life of freedom. What does that all lead to? An ideal life for ourselves! In Ascella Consulting Sdn Bhd, we not only strive for the Ideals for our own life, we strive for the world to be in the state of sufficiency then forth abundance. Our Ideal is for the people of the world to be joyful, healthy and wealthy!
Laughter Yoga is one the simplest tool and method where we can bring more joy and laughter to people around us and then forth the world. Kitti has been practicing Laughter Yoga since 2010 and is dedicated infect individuals and corporates with Joy & Laughter. With that aim in mind, Kitti has infected thousands of people with laughter yoga in companies like JTI, YourPartTime.com, Property Guru, Bangkok Bank, IOI Berhad and events like Kickstart.my, CanSurvive's Talks and World Laughter Day. She also have an online talk show called Laugh Out Loud on inspire.fm where she shares some tips and tools for laughter exercises at home. Kitti and her team are responsible for organizing World Laughter Day Kuala Lumpur 2013 and 2014 which is celebrated on First Sunday of May every year. Kitti's Passion, Love and Infectious Laughter has been awarded the title Laughter Blaster of Malaysia by the creator of Laughter Yoga himself Dr. Madan Kataria.
....and we will be dancing our way to an energetic and super fun finish of the Festival at the Closing Ceremony with Bollywood Dance and Anwaar Beg Moghal!
Anwaar Beg Moghal a bollywood dance instructor and performer, been performing for 10 years, he as done tv commercials and tv serials for Bollywood, so come over and enjoy an energetic bollywood dance with him.
